Parent Notes definition

Parent Notes means, whether or not outstanding, the Luxembourg Notes and the Intelsat Investments Notes.
Parent Notes means the 9.125% Senior Notes due 2018 issued by Parent and NRP Finance Corporation, as such Senior Notes are amended, amended and restated, supplemented, exchanged, refinanced, or otherwise modified from time to time.
Parent Notes means the collective reference to (i) the 6.875% senior notes, due 2013, of the Parent issued in the original principal amount of $175,000,000 pursuant to the indenture dated as of December 23, 2003 (the “Parent Note Indenture”) and the additional 6.875% senior notes, due 2013, of the Parent issued in the original principal amount of $250,000,000 pursuant to the Parent Note Indenture, in each case as in effect on the date hereof and (ii) the foregoing notes as may be amended after the date hereof and any other Parent Refinancing Notes.

  • Senior Parent Creditors The Senior Parent Creditors, the relevant Senior Parent Debt Issuer and the Debtors may at any time amend or waive the terms of the Senior Parent Notes Finance Documents and/or the Permitted Parent Financing Documents in accordance with their respective terms from time to time (and subject only to any consent required under them).

More Definitions of Parent Notes

Parent Notes means Parent’s 9.75%/10.50% Senior PIK Notes due 2016.

Parent Notes means (x) the 9.625%/10.375% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2018, Series B and (y) the 8.125%/8.875% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2018, in each case issued by TransUnion Holding Company, Inc.
