Parent Member definition

Parent Member means a member of a school community council who is a parent of a student who:

Parent Member means a member of a school council who is elected to the council in accordance with section 4 or who fills a vacancy created when a parent member ceases to hold office. (“père ou mère membre”)

Examples of Parent Member in a sentence

• A person who is both a Parent Member and a Staff Member can only be elected to the Committee as a Staff Member.

• The failure of the Participant or the Parent Member or the Company to insist upon strict compliance with any provision of this Agreement, or to assert any right the Participant or the Parent Member or the Company, respectively, may have under this Agreement, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such provision or right or any other provision or right of this Agreement.
