Parent Group Members definition

Parent Group Members means Parent and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns, including, after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation.
Parent Group Members means the Parent and any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries, but shall exclude the Company and any other Company Group Member.
Parent Group Members means, collectively, as the context requires, all or less than all of the members of the Parent Group.

More Definitions of Parent Group Members

Parent Group Members means Parent, Kratos, the Surviving Corporation or any of their respective affiliates, successors and assigns.
Parent Group Members means the Parent, the Company, the Surviving Corporation or any of their respective affiliates, successors and assigns. “Parent Report” has such meaning as set forth in Section 5.10(a) hereof.
Parent Group Members has the meaning set forth in Section 10.10.

Related to Parent Group Members

  • Group Members the collective reference to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Company Group Member means Company or any Company Affiliate;

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
