Parent Fund definition

Parent Fund means means any partnership, limited liability company or other collective or pooled investment vehicle or account (whether open ended or close ended) for which Parent or its Subsidiaries, directly or indirectly, acts as investment advisor, investment sub-advisor, general partner, managing member, manager or sponsor that is not registered or qualified for offer and sale to members of the general public with any Governmental Entity.
Parent Fund means any Fund sponsored by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries and sold under the Franklin, Templeton or Mutual Series brand name.
Parent Fund means the State Authorities Superannuation Fund established under the State Authorities superannuation Act 1987;

  • With respect to any obligation of the respective Fund, or Parent Funds on behalf of their respective individual Funds, arising out of this Agreement, the Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though the Bank had separately contracted with the Parent Fund by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund.

More Definitions of Parent Fund

Parent Fund means CapitalSouth Partners Fund III, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and any and all parallel and alternative investment vehicles created in connection with the operation thereof, to the extent any such parallel and alternative investment vehicles are admitted as Class A Limited Partners.
Parent Fund has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.4(a). “Parent Indemnified Party” or “Parent Indemnified Parties” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.2(a).

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.
