Parent Employee Benefit Plans definition

Parent Employee Benefit Plans shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.16 hereof.

All contributions due and payable until the date hereof for Parent Employee Benefit Plans have been paid by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries in accordance with the obligations under the respective Parent Employee Benefit Plan and will be paid until the Closing Date.
