Parent Common Units definition

Parent Common Units means common units representing limited partner interests in Parent and having the rights and obligations specified in the Organizational Documents of Parent.

Parent Common Units means the common units representing the limited partnership interests of Parent.

• If withholding is taken in Parent Common Units, Parent or the Exchange Agent shall be treated as having sold such Parent Common Units for an amount of cash equal to the fair market value of such Parent Common Units at the time of such deemed sale and paid such cash proceeds to the appropriate Tax authority.

Parent Common Units means the “Common Units,” as such term is defined in the Parent Operating Agreement. “ Parent Conflicts Committee ” has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
