Parent Common Units definition

Parent Common Units means common units representing limited partner interests in Parent and having the rights and obligations specified in the Organizational Documents of Parent.
Parent Common Units means the common units representing the limited partnership interests of Parent.
Parent Common Units shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
