Parent 401(k) Plan definition

Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

Parent 401(k) Plan means a defined contribution plan that is sponsored by Parent or one of its Affiliates that is qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code and that includes a qualified cash or deferred arrangement within the meaning of Section 401(k) of the Code.

Parent 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(f).

Examples of Parent 401(k) Plan in a sentence

• The Company and Parent shall take any and all actions as may be required, including amendments to the Company 401(k) Plan and/or Parent 401(k) Plan, to permit the Continuing Employees who are then actively employed to make rollover contributions to the Parent 401(k) Plan of “eligible rollover distributions” (within the meaning of Section 401(a)(31) of the Code) in the form of cash, notes (in the case of loans) or a combination thereof.

• Current and former employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries who are participants in a Terminated Company 401(k) Plan immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be eligible immediately as of the Effective Time to participate in a Parent 401(k) Plan.

• The revenue from the New Zealand market amounting to RMB1,189,996,000 (six months ended 30 June 2018: RMB1,118,805,000) was derived from waste collection services, waste landfill services, recycling, technical services and others.
