Parchment Services definition

Parchment Services means Parchment’s digital credential services identified in a mutually executed Order Form that enables Record Owners and/or Authorized Users to access the certain features and functions of Parchment’s credential exchange and analytics platform as selected on the Order Form and described in Exhibit A to such Order Form. References to any Parchment Services include the Documentation.

  • Enhancements and improvements cover a desire to change either the look and feel or workflow of a feature or function within the Parchment Services.

  • The Parchment Services ordered and described herein shall enable Member to award diplomas to Credential Owners and enable Credential Owners to access awarded diplomas from the Credential Issuer.

  • Parchment may condition Credential Owners' or Authorized Users' (if using the Parchment Services on their own behalf and not on behalf of the Member) use of the Parchment Services, including the Parchment Site, on their acceptance of and compliance with the Parchment's then­ current terms of service, including the payment of any applicable fees.

  • Transactional Data relies solely on data regarding the transaction of registering or transmitting the Credential through the Parchment Services, and does not include any data from the Credential itself.

  • To the extent that any Transactional Data is generated through the Parchment Services and collected by Parchment, such Transactional Data will be solely owned by Parchment and may be used by Parchment for any lawful purpose, provided that the Transactional Data is used only in de-identified form and in a manner that does not permit the identification of any Credential Owner.

  • Member acknowledges and agrees that it is the legal custodian of the Credentials, has all rights to transfer Credentials to Parchment for purposes of providing the Parchment Services, and that Parchment will issue, Award, or fulfill, as applicable, the Credential as provided to Parchment by Member.

  • The Parchment Services ordered and described herein shall enable Member to award digital badges to Credential Owners and enable Credential Owners to access awarded digital badges from the Credential Issuer.

  • Parchment may create De-Identified Data from any data it collects or receives in connection with the Parchment Services.

Related to Parchment Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information” on the Website.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Employment Services means "employment services" as defined in OAR 411-345-0020.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

  • Supported employment services means provision of job training and supervision available to assist an individual who needs intensive ongoing support to choose, get, and keep a job in a community business setting. Supported employment is a service planned in partnership with public vocational assistance agencies and school districts and through Social Security Work Incentives when available.

  • Operator Services provides for:

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
