Par Redemption definition

Par Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04 hereof.
Par Redemption means either the 2026 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption or the 2028 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption, as applicable.
Par Redemption means any of the 2024 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption, the 2027 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption, the 2032 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption or the Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption, as applicable.

Examples of Par Redemption in a sentence

  • If the Trust effects an Optional Redemption on any date prior to the First Par Redemption Date, the Trust will be required to pay a Make-Whole Payment in connection with such redemption.

  • A Make-Whole Payment will be due in connection with the Optional Redemption of the Notes on any date on or after the Earliest Redemption Date but prior to the First Par Redemption Date, as described in Section 8.2, solely to the extent funds are available therefor.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no Make-Whole Payment will be payable in connection with an Optional Redemption of the Notes on or after the First Par Redemption Date.


More Definitions of Par Redemption

Par Redemption means either the Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption or the Floating Rate Notes Par Redemption, as applicable.
Par Redemption means redemption at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued interest thereon, if any, to the redemption date.
Par Redemption means either the 2024 Notes Par Redemption or the 2029 Notes Par Redemption, as applicable.
Par Redemption means either the 2025 Notes Par Redemption or the 2032 Notes Par Redemption, as applicable.
Par Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03;

"Make-Whole Redemption" means redemption at a redemption price equal to the sum of (i) the principal amount being redeemed plus unpaid interest accrued thereon, if any to the redemption date and (ii) the Make-Whole Amount (as defined herein), if any.
Par Redemption shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.01(b).
