Panel of Arbitrators definition

Panel of Arbitrators means the Panel of Arbitrators constituted in accordance with these Rules.
Panel of Arbitrators means the panel of arbitrators maintained by the Centre;
Panel of Arbitrators means Panel of Arbitrators maintained and published by IIAC.

  • In the event that no such presiding arbitrator is available to serve, the Secretary-General shall appoint, from the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators, a presiding arbitrator who is not a national of any of the Parties.
