Paid Time Off (PTO definition

Paid Time Off (PTO. PTO is provided by the District for the recreation, health, and well-being of employees. Accruals will be based on the schedule provided under the terms of this MOU.
Paid Time Off (PTO means a bank of days in which the District pools state and local days, allowing employees to use the days as the need or desire arises.
Paid Time Off (PTO means a bank of days in which Fort Worth ISD pools state, local, and vacation days that allows employees to use the days as the need or desire arises.

Examples of Paid Time Off (PTO in a sentence

  • The timesheet should identify the: (a) grant, project or cost center being worked on; (b) number of hours worked on each; (c) description of work performed; and (d) Paid Time Off (PTO) hours.

  • The Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit program gives eligible employees time off from work for rest, recreation, illness, to care for a sick family member or other circumstances based on individual need.

  • Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) for the period of temporary disability shall be used during this period, except that an employee may elect to reserve up to eighty (80) hours (prorated for part-time employees) of PTO.

  • Full and regular part-time employees shall receive Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness/Injury Time (EIT) based upon hours paid (up to 2080 per year) in accordance with the following schedules: Years of Service Annual PTO* Accrual per hour PTO Max.

  • As applicable, the County will provide for Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation and sick leave in the same manner as the accruals currently received by other County Employees.

Paid Time Off (PTO means the paid time away from work which is currently provided to employees who work 0.5 FTE or greater under the Medical Center’s Paid Time Off Policy (PTO Policy).

  • Accrued Day(s) Off means the paid day(s) off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of this award.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • parental bereavement leave means leave under section 80EA of the Employment Rights Act 1996;

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request.   • Bereavement Pay Benefits means the benefits as set out in Article II hereof.

  • Salary offset means the with- holding of amounts from the current pay account of a Federal employee to satisfy a debt owed by that employee to the United States.

  • converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Part-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work less than the basic hours of work.
