Paid Public Holidays definition

Paid Public Holidays means all official holidays recognized by the Republic of South Africa as well as any additional holidays declared by the President of the Republic. For the purposes of compiling hourly rates a Sunday will be included under the rate for Paid Public Holidays.
Paid Public Holidays means leave of absence on public holidays prescribed in clause 33, at wages which would have been payable had the day been a working day;

Related to Paid Public Holidays

  • Public Holidays means those days declared as public holidays in accordance with the Holidays Act 1983.
