Paid Notice definition

Paid Notice means the cash amount payable to a Participant in lieu of notice as determined pursuant to Section 4.01(a).
Paid Notice means (i) for Grades 57-60, one month and (ii) for Grades 70-75, two months.
Paid Notice means (i) for Grades 18 - 23 and exempt direct reports to a Vice-President of UGI Utilities, Inc., one month and (ii) for Grades 34 - 37, two months.
