Paid Leave of Absence definition

Paid Leave of Absence means that a unit member shall be entitled to receive wages and all fringe benefits, including, but not limited to, insurance and retirement benefits, return to the same or similar assignment which she/he enjoyed immediately preceding the commencement of the leave, and receive credit for annual salary increments provided during her/his leave.
