Examples of Paid Family Leave in a sentence
The Employer will comply with its obligations under federal and state law regarding leaves of absence, including but not limited to leaves of absence under the Pregnancy Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, California Paid Family Leave Act, the federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, California Workers’ Compensation laws, and the federal Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Act (29 U.S.C. §§ 84301).
Employees covered by State Disability Insurance (SDI) may also be entitled to up to six (6) weeks of partial wage replacement under the Paid Family Leave Program in the event the employee cannot work due to the need to care for a child, parent, spouse, or registered domestic partner, or to bond with a new child.
The district will not replace an employee that is on Paid Family Leave as long as that employee is utilizing the program within the normal parameters of the program.
Paid Family Leave The Union and County will create a work group to develop a recommendation for a County Paid Family Leave program.
The district will participate in the Washington State Paid Family Leave Act within the parameters of the program.
