Paid Advertising definition

Paid Advertising or "Paid Advertisement" shall mean (i) Advertising which is paid for by an Advertiser; (ii) Advertising that is provided to an Advertiser free of charge as a component of a Paid Advertising campaign; and (iii) Advertising provided as a make-good to an Advertiser so long as DoubleClick shall not receive credit more than once for such make-good.
Paid Advertising means any form of on-line advertising or promotion for which Yahoo receives compensation in the form of cash or barter from either the party being promoted or a third party acting on behalf of the promoted party.
