Paid Advertisement definition

Paid Advertisement means (i) Advertising which is paid for by an Advertiser; (ii) Advertising that is provided to an Advertiser free of charge as a component of a Paid Advertising campaign; and (iii) Advertising provided as a make-good to an Advertiser so long as DoubleClick shall not receive credit more than once for such make-good.
