Any Settlement Class Member who requests to be excluded from the Settlement Class will not be entitled to any Individual Settlement Payment under the Settlement and will not be bound by the terms of the Settlement or have any right to object to or appeal the settlement except that Class Members who are members of the PAGA Group will still receive a PAGA Group Payment and will still be bound by the PAGA Release.
