PACKING AND SHIPMENT. Deliveries shall be made as specified without charge for boxing, carting, or storage, unless otherwise specified. Articles shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation cost and to conform to the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specifications. Order numbers and symbols must be plainly marked on all invoices, packages, bills of lading, and shipping orders. Bill of lading should accompany each invoice. Count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.
PACKING AND SHIPMENT a) All Goods are to be packed in suitable containers for protection in shipment and storage, and in accordance with applicable specifications. Each container of a multiple container shipment shall be identified to:
PACKING AND SHIPMENT. All Products shall be packed, packaged, marked and otherwise prepared in a manner which is:(a) in accordance with good commercial practices; (b) acceptable to common carriers for shipment at the lowest rate for the particular Products; and(c) adequate to insure safe arrival of the Products at the named destination. Charges for preparation, packing, crating and cartage are included in the price unless separately specified on the face of this Agreement or in the confirmation information sent in connection herewith. Where applicable, any containers or packaging that must be returned to Seller will be at Seller’s risk and expense and any such obligation to return them must be expressly agreed to in writing by Xxxxx.
PACKING AND SHIPMENT. Seller shall prepare and pack the Goods to prevent damage and deterioration and to comply with carrier tariffs. Charges for preparation for shipment (including packing and crating) are included in the price unless separately specified in the Contract. Seller shall not include vermiculite or other hazardous substance in any packing material included with the Goods.

All Items shall be prepared for shipment in a manner that, (i) follows good commercial practice; (ii) is acceptable to common carriers for shipment at the lowest rate; and (iii) is adequate to ensure safe arrival. Supplier shall xxxx all containers with necessary lifting, handling and shipping information, Purchase Order number, date of shipment, and the names of the Buyer and Supplier. Buyer shall notify Supplier of the method of shipment and expected delivery date. If no instructions are given, Supplier shall select the most cost effective carrier, given the time constraints known to Supplier. Subject to Paragraph 7(C), Supplier shall ship only the quantity of Items specified in the Release. Buyer may return at Supplier’s expense any Items in excess of the quantity stated in the Release or retain such Items, as instructed by Buyer.

PACKING AND SHIPMENT. Shipment of Goods shall be properly packed, loaded and shipped in accordance with any packaging, Specifications, shipping method and other related requirements set forth in this Purchase Order or otherwise communicated by Buyer, and unless otherwise instructed by Buyer, only by a licensed carrier over the least expensive route. If no Specifications, methods or requirements are so specified, Vendor shall be responsible for packaging, loading and shipping Goods in a manner sufficient to prevent damage and loss to Goods during shipment. Shipments, F.O.B. Buyer's plant designated on the face of this Purchase Order, shall be released at a declared valuation of the true replacement value, and in no event shall such declared valuation exceed the maximum permitted under the carrier's least expensive rate schedule applicable to Goods constituting such shipment. If freight regulations covering Goods transported by common carrier F.O.B. Buyer’s plant establish a maximum limit on the carrier’s liability for loss or damage suffered in transit, Vendor shall be liable to Buyer for any loss or damage in excess of such maximum limit up to the full price of the Goods. Vendor shall notify Buyer at the time of shipping of the Goods, together with a copy of the bill of lading or shipping document and the packing list applicable hereto. All such documents and correspondences shall refer to Xxxxx's Purchase Order number. Packing lists must bear a complete description of the Goods shipped. Shipments must equal quantity ordered, unless otherwise agreed by Xxxxx in writing. Xxxxx's count shall be final and conclusive on all shipments not accompanied by a packing ticket. Title to the Goods shall remain with Vendor until Xxxxx actually receives the Goods. Risk of loss of the Goods shall pass to Buyer when the Goods are actually tendered for delivery.
PACKING AND SHIPMENT. Unless otherwise specified, when the price of this order is based on the weight of the ordered materials, such price is to cover net weight of materials ordered only, and no charges will be allowed for boxing, crating, handling damage, carting, drayage, storage, or other packing requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all materials shall be packed, packaged, labeled, marked, and otherwise prepared for shipment in a manner which is (i) in accordance with good commercial practice, (ii) acceptable to common carriers for shipment at the lowest rate for the particular materials and in accordance with I.C.C. regulations, and (iii) adequate to insure safe arrival of the materials at the named destination. Seller shall xxxx all containers with necessary lifting, handling, and shipping information and also purchase order numbers, date of shipment, and the names of the consignee and consignor. An itemized packaging sheet must accompany each shipment. No partial or complete delivery shall be made hereunder prior to the date or dates shown unless Buyer has given prior written consent. Buyer will pay only for quantities of Products ordered. Over-shipments will be held at Seller’s risk and expense for a reasonable time awaiting shipping instructions. Seller shall be responsible for the risk of loss and cost of return shipping.
