Pacific Life Funds means the shares of certain series of the Pacific Life Funds, a Delaware statutory trust registered as an open-end management investment company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.   • Fresh Funds means funds that:

  • Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Escrowed Funds Has the meaning, with respect to any Trust, specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • deposits townsite means the townsite to be established on or near the mining areas pursuant to this Agreement;
