P1 definition

P1 means the system commonly referred to as the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), and is the federally approved system used by the Washington Medicaid program to pay provider claims for goods and services authorized under the State Plan. The MMIS is certified by CMS and is the primary information system used by HCA to pay for health care.
P1 represents the maximum system operational pressure (cut-out pressure) in the energy storage device(s) specified by the manufacturer.
P1 is the pressure corresponding to 65 per cent of the pressure p2 defined in paragraph 2.2.2. below.

P1 or “Beginning Stock Price” means the thirty (30) trading day average closing price of a share of Class A common stock, $0.001 par value, of the Company as of and including the last trading day immediately preceding the start of the Performance Period, as adjusted to reflect the reinvestment of dividends.
