Ownership Percentage definition

Ownership Percentage with respect to any Member means the percentage of ownership of a Member determined by taking the total Capital Units held by such Member divided by the aggregate total number of issued and outstanding Capital Units.
Ownership Percentage means, for each stockholder and with respect to the Common Stock, the percentage obtained by dividing the number of shares of such Common Stock held by such stockholder by the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.

Ownership Percentage of any Shareholder or group of Shareholders means the percentage that the Shares owned by such Shareholder or group bears to the total number of issued and paid up Shares on a Fully Diluted Basis.
