Owner Listing Content definition

Owner Listing Content means Listing Content provided by Owner to Broker or Xxxxxx's associates. "Broker Listing Content" means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Xxxxxx's associates in connection with this agreement.
Owner Listing Content means Listing Content provided by Owner to Manager or Manager's associates. “Broker Listing Content” means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Xxxxxx's associates in connection with this agreement.  Owner grants Manager a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, sublicense through multiple tiers, publish, display, and reproduce the Owner Listing Content, to prepare derivative works of the Owner Listing Content, and to distribute the Owner Listing Content, including any derivative works of the Owner Listing Content. Section 4.6.4. survives termination of this agreement.  All Broker Listing Content is owned exclusively by Broker, and Owner has no right, title, or interest in or to any Broker Listing Content.  Owner understands and agrees that both the Owner Listing Content and Broker Listing Content, including any changes to such content, may be filed with the MLS, included in compilations of listings, and otherwise distributed, publicly displayed, and reproduced.

Related to Owner Listing Content

  • After Listing means the period which commences on the Listing Date and continues until the relevant Sub-Fund is terminated.

For the avoidance of doubt, a Direct Listing shall not be deemed to be an underwritten offering and shall not involve any underwriting services.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.
