Owner Group definition

Owner Group means (i) Owner, its parent, Lender, and each of their respective Affiliates and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees and representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.

Owner Group means the collective reference to the JAB Entities and their JAB Affiliates.

• The following insurance policies provided by Contractor shall include Owner Group as Additional Insureds: employer’s liability, commercial automobile, aircraft liability, hull and machinery, and protection and indemnity insurance.

More Definitions of Owner Group

Owner Group means the Owner, its affiliates their contractors, s and equipment vendors of any tier, its Co-venturers, their personnel, officers, directors, employees and agents but excluding Contractor Group;

Owner Group means, collectively, Owner, its parents and Affiliates, and its and their respective managing members, general and limited partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives, including Enviva Management Company, LLC in its capacity as the contract operator of Owner’s assets.

Owner Group means, individually and collectively, Owner and its parent(s), subsidiaries, Affiliates, coventurers, co-parties, joint working interest owners, contractors and subcontractors (excluding Contractor and its Subcontractors) and its and their members, officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, representatives, consultants and the subrogees of said parties. Owner Group shall include Contractor solely in Contractor’s role as an Affiliate of a member of Owner.

Owner Group means Owner, its Affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors and employees but shall not include any member of the Hirer Group.

Owner Group means (i) Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. and its subsidiaries (including Owner) and Owner's lenders and each of their Affiliates and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees and representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.

Owner Group means the Permitted Persons, the Permitted Entities and any and all Permitted Group(s) of Persons (each as defined below).

Owner Group means (a) Benckiser Family Members, (b) any Benckiser Controlled Trust, or (c) any Person of which more than 50% of the voting shares or voting (or otherwise controlling) equity interests in such Person are directly or indirectly owned or controlled by, or held for the benefit of, one or more of the Persons described in clauses (a) or (b) of this definition (each such person described in clauses (a),(b) and (c), a “Benckiser Permitted Holder”). A Benckiser Permitted Holder shall not lose such status merely because (x) the identity of the individuals comprising Benckiser Family Members (as determined in accordance with the definition thereof) and owning or for whose benefit such shares or equity interests are held and/or (y) any executor(s), administrator(s), guardian(s), trustee(s) or other Person(s) acting as a fiduciary with respect to such Benckiser Family Members or serving in any similar or corresponding capacity may change from time to time for any reason, including without limitation, death, retirement, resignation, removal, appointment, intra-family transfers or otherwise.
