Owner Equipment definition

Owner Equipment means the equipment that Owner agrees to purchase and supply pursuant to the Owner Equipment Contracts, including specifically the following items:
Owner Equipment means the equipment that Owner shall purchase as contemplated by the Material Assignment Schedule and with respect to which Contractor shall provide Procurement Services as generally described in Part I of the Scope Book and in the Material Assignment Schedule.
Owner Equipment means the equipment, if any, described as “Owner Equipment” in Exhibit X-0-0, X-0-0, xx X-0, which is intended to be procured by Owner and installed by Contractor.

  • Owner reserves the right to require prepaid return of the allegedly defective Owner Equipment to establish a claim.

  • Owner reserves the right to make substitutions or design and construction modifications with respect to any Equipment prior to the Delivery Date, provided those substitutions or modifications do not affect the performance of the Owner Equipment.

  • Contractor shall provide Owner with appropriate work and meeting facilities at the Site and shall conduct weekly and monthly project meetings at mutually agreeable locations or by telephone between representatives of Owner, Equipment Provider and Contractor to review the status of the Work.

  • Contractor shall provide such assistance, labor, electricity, fuels, stores, apparatus and instruments as are reasonably required for examining, measuring and testing any Equipment and Owner Equipment in accordance with the Scope of Work before incorporation into the Facility.

  • Owner will be responsible for providing the Owner Equipment as set forth in Exhibit A-2.

  • Risk of loss for all Owner Equipment to be installed as a component of the Facility shall pass to Contractor upon its arrival at the Site (at the point prior to being unloaded) and shall remain with Contractor until, and shall pass to Owner only upon, Substantial Completion.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Contractor’s obligations under this Section 20.1 shall not apply to the Owner Equipment (to the extent not modified by Contractor), Owner Work, any other materials or documentation provided by Owner, or any manuals or other documentation provided by any supplier of the Owner Equipment.

  • Contractor shall be obligated to replace, repair or reconstruct the Equipment or the Owner Equipment that is lost, damaged, or destroyed during the period in which Contractor has risk of loss and perform any re-Work in connection therewith.

  • Unless otherwise specified in writing, in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, Contractor shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of all information relating to Owner Equipment and the Facility criteria identified in the Interconnection Requirements, provided that Contractor has no reasonable cause to believe that such reliance might be unwarranted.


More Definitions of Owner Equipment

Owner Equipment means the equipment Owner provides as set forth in Section 4.4 and Exhibit E, other than the Major Equipment, and including all bulk materials at the Site provided by Owner to Contractor.

Related to Owner Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.
