Owner Entity definition

Owner Entity means the owner of the property that contains one or more Covered Units.
Owner Entity means the Seller and is used interchangeably with the term "Seller".

More Definitions of Owner Entity

Owner Entity means (a) at any time when the Ground Lease is in full force and effect, Owner and Ground Tenant, collectively, or (b) at any time when the Ground Lease is not in full force and effect, Owner.
