Owner and Operator definition

Owner and Operator means as used in OSHA regulations, owner is the legal entity, including a lessee, which exercises control over management and record keeping functions relating to a building or facility. As used in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), operator means the person responsible for the overall (or part of the) operations of a facility.

  • This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and shall not be modified, amended or terminated orally but only in writing signed by AR Lender, FHA Lender, Owner and Operator.

  • Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.
