Owner Affiliate definition
Owner Affiliate means, with respect to any Owner, any entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries’ controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Owner.
Owner Affiliate means The Irvine Company LLC, Irvine Management Company or any person or entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with either such entity.
Owner Affiliate means (i) Owner’s parent-corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, or related companies; (ii) a successor company related to Owner by merger, consolidation, non-bankruptcy reorganization, or government action; or (iii) a purchaser of substantially all of Owner’s assets in the State of Texas.
