Owned Premises definition

Owned Premises has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b)(x)(A).
Owned Premises means, collectively, (i) the Owned Land and (ii) Improvements of the type described in clause (1) of the definition thereof described.
Owned Premises means the real property owned by the Corporation or a Subsidiary, which are comprised of the following;

Owned Premises is defined in Section 3.8.1.
Owned Premises means the real property owned by the Corporation or a Subsidiary, which are comprised of the following:
