Owned Land has the meaning specified in Section 4.20(b).

More Definitions of Owned Land

Owned Land means the portion of the Land fee simple title to which is owned by Grantor.

Owned Land means each parcel of real property (whether on the ground or rooftop) or tract of land on which a Tower is located which parcel of real property or tract of land is owned by the Company;
