Owned Company Intellectual Property definition

Owned Company Intellectual Property means that portion of the Company Intellectual Property and Company Intellectual Property Rights that is owned by the Company Entities.
Owned Company Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).
Owned Company Intellectual Property means any and all Company Intellectual Property that is owned in whole or in part by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries claims or purports to own in whole or in part). “Owned Company Intellectual Property” includes, but is not limited to, the Company Registered IP.

  • Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has issued any notice or claim since January 1, 2016 that a Third Party is misappropriating or infringing any Owned Company Intellectual Property and, to the Knowledge of the Company, no Third Party is misappropriating or infringing any Owned Company Intellectual Property.

Owned Company Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, the Company Registered IP;
