The Supplier must, at its own cost, do all things reasonably necessary and related to the manufacture, production and supply of the Coles Own Brand Goods to assist Coles to obtain and maintain any certification, accreditation or other approval (including without limitation ensuring that the Coles Own Brand Goods meet the relevant standards and requirements for certification, accreditation or other approval).
