Own Brand Goods definition

Own Brand Goods means products to be sold under a trademark owned by URBN or an affiliate. “Market Goods” means products to be sold under a trademark not owned by URBN or an affiliate. “Exclusive Goods” means Market Goods to be offered for sale only through URBN’s physical or digital channels.

  • The Supplier must, at its own cost, do all things reasonably necessary and related to the manufacture, production and supply of the Coles Own Brand Goods to assist Coles to obtain and maintain any certification, accreditation or other approval (including without limitation ensuring that the Coles Own Brand Goods meet the relevant standards and requirements for certification, accreditation or other approval).

Related to Own Brand Goods

  • Locally manufactured goods means goods whose value, either in whole or in part, is derived from growing, producing, processing, assembling, or manufacturing activities that occur within a city-based manufacturer's facility located within the city.
