Overtime Fee definition

Overtime Fee means the fee charged by the Company to perform work outside its normal business hours or on holidays and includes changes to previously scheduled work that must be performed outside Company’s normal business hours.
Overtime Fee in relation to a Contractor means such amount as calculated by “Daily Fee / 7.5 hours”;
Overtime Fee. An overtime charge for children in attendance at the center for over 10hours in one day will be charged. If overtime is 10 minutes or less than a charge of $5.00 per family will apply. If overtime is over 10 minutes a $5.00 per child is made per 15 minutes.

Overtime Fee shall have the meaning set out in paragraph 5 of this Agreement.
