Overtime Computation. Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

Overtime Computation. Overtime will be compensated at a rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s regular rate of pay. Overtime hours, as defined in this section, will be rounded upward to the nearest one half (½) hour.
Overtime Computation. For purposes of calculating overtime eligibility, all hours spent performing assigned duties and all paid leave will be considered hours worked; leave without pay, additional compensation for time worked on a holiday, and call back bonus pay do not constitute hours worked. There will be no duplication or pyramiding of overtime.

For purposes of computing overtime, the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay shall include shift differential if the nurse is regularly scheduled to work the second (evening) or third (night) shifts as well as certification and education pay. All time worked in excess of twelve (12) consecutive hours shall be paid for at double the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay unless the nurse is scheduled for a 10 or 12 hour shift, in which case double time shall be paid only for time worked beyond the 14th consecutive hour. Overtime shall be computed to the nearest one-quarter (1/4) hour.
