The types and scope of products on which the Bank would classify as "Overseas Securities" for which it provides its services is subject to the Bank's approval and changes as determined by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to the term "securities" in the Specific Terms for Securities Services of the Master Terms and Conditions when read in the context of Overseas Securities Services shall be read to include "Overseas Securities" unless the context requires otherwise.
