Overnight Guest definition

Overnight Guest is defined as a person who IS staying overnight in the property. The Maximum number of Overnight Guests is Limited to 10, including Children, and the Guest signing this lease. A charge of $1000.00 per day, per Overnight Guest, will be assessed for each person who stays in the property, not named in the list of Overnight Guests. The Guest signing this lease will be charged without notice, for each additional overnight guest staying in the property and not disclosed to the Owner. FYI: We do this not to generate additional revenue, but rather to limit the overall size of the party. Our handyman lives on the lake and keeps an eye on our property.
Overnight Guest means, for the purposes of this solicitation, any visitor to an ADCNR State Park location who stays overnight in a campsite, cabin, or facility OTHER THAN an ADCNR State Park Lodge/Hotel/Cottage.
Overnight Guest means, for the purposes of this solicitation, any visitor to an ADCNR State Park location who stays overnight in a Lodge, Hotel, Group Lodge or Cottage.

  • If Resident desires to have an Overnight Guest (any person staying in the Resident’s assigned bedroom space or apartment for more than three total nights in any 30-day period), then Resident must register the Overnight Guest(s) with Owner.

  • No individual may stay as an Overnight Guest in on-campus housing for more than 15 days total in a given semester.

  • No Overnight Guest may stay more than three (3) consecutive days without the permission of the roommate and the Hall Director.

  • Any guest who remains in on-campus housing past 12:00am is considered an Overnight Guest.

  • If Resident desires to have an Overnight Guest (any non-resident staying in any bedroom or apartment for more than three total nights in any 30-day period), then Resident must register the Overnight Guest(s) with Owner.

  • If Resident desires to have an Overnight Guest (any person staying in the Resident’s assigned bedroom space or Unit for more than three total nights in any 30-day period), then Resident must register the Overnight Guest(s) with Owner.

  • Overnight Guest is anyone who is present in a residence hall or in an apartment in which they have not been assigned to live between the hours of 11:00 pm and 9 am (EST) on weeknights (Sunday-Thursday) and 1:00 am to 9:00am (EST) on weekends (Friday and Saturday).

  • Overnight care means care for a child between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, when four or more hours are during a child's normal sleeping hours.

  • Overnight LIBOR Rate means, in relation to any Loan in a LIBOR Quoted Specified Alternative Currency for any day, a rate per annum equal to the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) for such currency or, if such rate is not available, a comparable or successor rate which rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) for an amount comparable to the amount of that Loan on such day for overnight deposits in the relevant currency, and, if any such applicable rate is below zero, the Overnight Libor Rate for such day will be deemed to be zero; provided, that, after the date hereof and to the extent a comparable or successor rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent (as contemplated above), such selected rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such selected rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another

  • Overnight Bank Funding Rate means, for any day, the rate comprised of both overnight federal funds and overnight Eurodollar borrowings by U.S.-managed banking offices of depository institutions (as such composite rate shall be determined by the NYFRB as set forth on its public website from time to time) and published on the next succeeding Business Day by the NYFRB as an overnight bank funding rate (from and after such date as the NYFRB shall commence to publish such composite rate).

  • Overnight Foreign Currency Rate means, for any amount payable in a Foreign Currency, the rate of interest per annum as determined by the Administrative Agent at which overnight or weekend deposits in the relevant currency (or if such amount due remains unpaid for more than three (3) Business Days, then for such other period of time as the Administrative Agent may elect) for delivery in immediately available and freely transferable funds would be offered by the Administrative Agent to major banks in the interbank market upon request of such major banks for the relevant currency as determined above and in an amount comparable to the unpaid principal amount of the related Credit Event, plus any taxes, levies, imposts, duties, deductions, charges or withholdings imposed upon, or charged to, the Administrative Agent by any relevant correspondent bank in respect of such amount in such relevant currency.

  • Mass mailing means over two hundred substantially similar pieces of mail, but does not include a form letter or other mail that is sent in response to an unsolicited request, letter or other inquiry.

  • CTU or Central Transmission Utility means the Central Transmission Utility as defined in Sub-Section (10) of section (2) of the EA-2003.

  • Air means the atmosphere but, except in a sewer or a sewage facility or as the context may otherwise require, does not include the atmosphere inside a constructed enclosure that is not open to the weather.

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

  • School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.

  • Postal service means the United States postal service.

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Relevant Business Day means a day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007 (TARGET2) is open for the settlement of payments in EUR.

  • Messenger means an Employee while in possession of the Insured’s Property away from the Insured’s or Investment Adviser’s premises and any other natural person acting as custodian of the Property during an emergency arising from the incapacity of the original Employee.

  • Central Transmission Utility means the Government Company notified by the Central Government under Sub-Section (1) of Section 38 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

  • School setting means in the school, on school grounds, in school vehicles, at a designated bus stop or at any activity sponsored, supervised or sanctioned by the school.

  • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • STU or State Transmission Utility means the State Transmission Utility notified by respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act.

  • Clearing System Business Day means in relation to an Index, any day on which the principal domestic clearing systems customarily used for settling trades in securities comprising such Index is (or, but for the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Company or the Hedging Counterparty as a result of which such clearing system cannot clear the transfer of such securities, would have been) open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.

  • Transmission Reliability Margin or “TRM” shall mean the amount of transmission transfer capability necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the interconnected transmission network will be secure. TRM accounts for the inherent uncertainty in system conditions and the need for operating flexibility to ensure reliable system operation as system conditions change.

  • Telephone Toll Service is As Defined in the Act.

  • Automated Message Accounting (AMA means the structure that is inherent in switch technology that initially records Telecommunication message information. AMA format is contained in the Automated Message Accounting document published by iconectiv (formerly known as Telcordia) as GR-1100-CORE, which defines and amends the industry standard for message recording.

  • Central Automatic Message Accounting (CAMA) Trunk means a trunk that uses Multi-Frequency (MF) signaling to transmit calls from CLEC’s switch to an AT&T-21STATE E911 Selective Router.

  • Clearance System Business Day means, with respect to the Clearance System, any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearance System is open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
