Overdue Period definition

Overdue Period the Tranche A Overdue Period and Tranche B Overdue Period;
Overdue Period as defined in Section (3)(a) of Article V;
Overdue Period has the meaning given in Clause 6.2.3 (Overdue Period).

  • Interest at the rate stipulated in Section (1) of this Article V shall not accrue on any Overdue Amount during the Overdue Period.

  • Party B agrees to exempt Party A’s default liabilities during the period from January 1, 2012 to the effectiveness date of this Agreement (the “Overdue Period”), and agrees to waive its right to charge liquidated damages from Party A for such Overdue Period at the annual interest rate of 30% under the Original Loan Contract.

More Definitions of Overdue Period

Overdue Period means a period from the due date of the overdue amount under the Loan Agreement to the day immediately preceding the date of the actual full payment thereof, both inclusive.
Overdue Period has the meaning given to it in Section 8.5(a) (Overdue Interest).

Related to Overdue Period

  • Overdue Rate On any date, a rate equal to five (5) percentage points above the Prime Rate, but in no event greater than the maximum rate then permitted under applicable law.

  • Overdue Payment shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(a).

  • Overdue Amount means any amount required to be paid by the Issuer under any of the Finance Documents but not made available to the Bondholders on the relevant Payment Date or otherwise not paid on its applicable due date.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.

  • Overdue Scheduled Payment means any Scheduled Payment which is not in fact received by the Subordination Agent within five days after the Scheduled Payment Date relating thereto.

  • Overdue Interest means any interest payable pursuant to Section 2.8(b) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Past Due Rate means the lesser of (a) with respect to (i) any payment made to a Noteholder under any Series of Equipment Notes, the Debt Rate then applicable to such Series plus 1% and (ii) any other payment made under any Operative Document to any other Person, the Debt Rate plus 1% (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days comprised of twelve 30-day months) and (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Due Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the period commencing on the second day of the month immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the first day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Default Interest Rate is two percent above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank PLC, as varied from time to time;

  • Contract Rate means, with respect to a Receivable, the rate per annum at which interest accrues under the Contract evidencing such Receivable. Such rate may be less than the “Annual Percentage Rate” disclosed in the Receivable.

  • Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

  • Due Date The day of the month on which the Monthly Payment is due on a Mortgage Loan, exclusive of any days of grace.

  • Default Interest Period means for any overdue amount of the Withdrawn Loan Balance, each Interest Period during which such overdue amount remains unpaid; provided, however, that the first such Default Interest Period shall commence on the 31st day following the date on which such amount becomes overdue, and the final such Default Interest Period shall end on the date at which such amount is fully paid.”

  • Default Interest means interest chargeable in terms of this Agreement to unpaid amounts or outstanding obligations which interest shall be calculated, from the due date until date of payment, on a daily balance and compounded monthly in arrear at an annual rate of two percent (2%) above the prevailing, variable prime rate publicly quoted by ABSA Bank Limited from time to time.

  • Per Annum means for a year deemed to be comprised of 360 days.

  • Balance Due Date means the date shown below in Section 2.4(6) as the date when the Mortgage matures. On this date the Mortgage must be repaid or renewed.

  • Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.

  • Default Rate means (a) when used with respect to Obligations other than Letter of Credit Fees, an interest rate equal to (i) the Base Rate plus (ii) the Applicable Rate, if any, applicable to Base Rate Loans plus (iii) 2% per annum; provided, however, that with respect to a Eurodollar Rate Loan, the Default Rate shall be an interest rate equal to the interest rate (including any Applicable Rate) otherwise applicable to such Loan plus 2% per annum, and (b) when used with respect to Letter of Credit Fees, a rate equal to the Applicable Rate plus 2% per annum.

  • Excess Rate With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Default Rate of Interest means the rate of interest otherwise payable on the principal of the Securities plus 1% per annum.

  • Highest Lawful Rate means the maximum lawful interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, charged, or received under the laws applicable to such Lender which are presently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum nonusurious interest rate than applicable laws now allow.
