Overdraft Advance definition

Overdraft Advance has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.
Overdraft Advance means, save as otherwise provided herein, an advance (as from time to time reduced by repayment) made or to be made by the Overdraft Bank under Clause 4 of the Master Overdraft Facility Agreement and attributable to the Transaction.
Overdraft Advance is defined in Section 6. “Finance Charge” is defined in Section 12.

Examples of Overdraft Advance in a sentence

  • We will not charge the Cash Advance Transaction Fee on any Overdraft Advance.

  • However, a different fee is charged for an Overdraft Advance, even though it is otherwise treated as a Cash Advance (see subsection (c) below).

  • Each Overdraft Advance will be posted to your Account as of the day your overdraft occurs.

  • The Overdraft Advance Feature provides a way for you to limit overdrafts that might occur in a deposit account you designate (your “Deposit Account”).

More Definitions of Overdraft Advance

Overdraft Advance means an overdraft advance on the Overdraft Account made or to be made available to the Account Holder or, as the case may be, the amount of such overdraft advance for the time being outstanding;
Overdraft Advance means any advance made hereunder by the Banks to BNP Paribas pursuant to Subsection 2.01(c) hereof under the Overdraft Advance Sub-limit.
Overdraft Advance has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8. "Participant" has the meaning set forth in Section 11.8. "Permitted Affiliate Transactions" means, subject to all terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement, transactions between Borrower and its Affiliates in connection with (i) the securitization, sale, hypothecation or pledge of certain assets of Borrower (other than any item of Collateral) or its Affiliates, (ii) hedging activities involving Borrower and certain of its Affiliates, and/or the origination, and (iii) acquisition of Mortgage Loans, Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Security Agreements and all other documents, agreements and instruments related thereto. "Person" means and includes natural persons, corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, general partnerships, joint stock companies, joint ventures, associations, companies, trusts, banks, trust companies, land trusts, business trusts or other organizations, whether or not legal entities, and governments and agencies and political subdivisions of those governments. "Plan" means each employee benefit plan (whether in existence on the date of this Agreement or established after that date), as that term is defined in Section 3 of ERISA, maintained for the benefit of directors, officers or employees of Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate. "Pledged Assets" means, collectively, Pledged Loans and Pledged Securities. "Pledged Hedging Accounts" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (g). "Pledged Hedging Arrangements" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (g). "Pledged Loans" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(b). "Pledged Securities" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(c).
Overdraft Advance means, in relation to Part F, an overdraft advance on the Overdraft Account made or to be made available to the Borrower under the CLC Facility;
Overdraft Advance has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B-SF.
Overdraft Advance means any advance made hereunder by Bank of ----------------- America under the Overdraft Line.
