The rates for a Voice Grade Transmission Path under (c) above shall be the same rates applicable under the Amended Agreement to a DS0 loop to the same customer premises were such a loop available, unless and until such time as different rates for a Voice Grade Transmission Path are established in which case such different rates shall apply.

Part 51, Verizon shall provide Hello Depot with nondiscriminatory access on an unbundled basis to a transmission path from Verizon’s serving wire center to the demarcation point at the end user’s customer premises capable of voice grade service.
