Overall Performance Standards definition

Overall Performance Standards means the standards as may, be determined by the Commission pursuant to section 36 of the Act;
Overall Performance Standards means the standards as may be determined by the Commission pursuant to Section 31 of the Act section 57 of the Central Act;
Overall Performance Standards means the standards as may be determined by the Commission pursuant to the provisions of the Applicable Legal Framework including service standards for Consumers;

Examples of Overall Performance Standards in a sentence

  • The Licensee shall supply annually, information to the Commission as to the means by which it proposes to achieve the Overall Performance Standards and other standards referred to in this Paragraph 18.

  • The Licensee shall conduct its Distribution and Retail Supply Business in the manner which it reasonably considers to be best calculated to achieve the Overall Performance Standards in connection with provision of electricity supply services and the promotion of the efficient use of electricity by Consumers, as may be prescribed by the Commission pursuant to section 36 of the Act.

Related to Overall Performance Standards

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.

  • Goals means the annual level of participation by SBEs in City Contracts as established in this chapter, the SBE Regulations, or as necessary to comply with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws and regulations. Goals for individual Contracts may be adjusted as provided for in this chapter and shall not be construed as a minimum for any particular Contract or for any particular geographical area.

  • Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Performance audits include economy and efficiency audits and program audits.
