Outstanding Warrant Shares means, for the Warrants or for any previously issued Added Warrants, the then outstanding number of Warrant Shares which would then be issuable upon the exercise in full of such Warrants (without regard to any limitations which may then restrict the Holder's full exercise of such Warrant at any time) or such Added Warrants, if any, as in effect immediately prior to the relevant New Transaction.
