Outstanding under this Indenture definition

Outstanding under this Indenture or “Outstanding hereunder” means, when used with reference to the Bonds, as of any particular date, the aggregate of all Bonds authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, except:

Examples of Outstanding under this Indenture in a sentence

  • The maximum aggregate principal amount of the Bond which may be issued and Outstanding under this Indenture shall not exceed the Authorized Amount.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Securities which may be authenticated and delivered and Outstanding under this Indenture is unlimited.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Indenture, Bonds will in all respects be equally and ratably secured under this Indenture with other Bonds without preference, priority or distinction on account of the time of their authentication, delivery or maturity, so that Bonds at any time Outstanding under this Indenture will have the same right, lien and preference under this Indenture with like effect as if they had all been executed, authenticated and delivered simultaneously with other Bonds.

  • On and after the redemption date (unless funds for the payment of the redemption price and accrued interest shall not have been provided to the Trustee), (i) such Bonds shall cease to bear interest and (ii) such Bonds shall no longer be considered as Outstanding under this Indenture.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Securities which may be authenticated and delivered and Outstanding under this Indenture is not limited.

  • The maximum principal amount of the Bond which may be issued and Outstanding under this Indenture shall not exceed the Authorized Amount.

  • The Bonds shall be deemed Outstanding under this Indenture unless and until they are in fact paid and retired or the above criteria are met.

  • In case any such claims for interest shall be extended or funded in violation of this Section, such claims for interest shall not be entitled, in case of any default under this Indenture, to the benefit or security of this Indenture, except subject to the prior payment in full of the principal of all Bonds issued and Outstanding under this Indenture, and of all claims for interest which shall not have been so extended or funded.

  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notices Pursuant to Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to TCN's Designated Agent.

  • So long as there are Floating Rate Notes Outstanding under this Indenture, there shall at all times be a Calculation Agent.

  • this Indenture means this instrument as originally executed or as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof and shall include the terms of particular series of Securities established as contemplated by Section 3.01.
