Outstanding Share Capital definition

Outstanding Share Capital means, from time to time, the issued and outstanding Shares, excluding any treasury Shares.
Outstanding Share Capital. The Company currently has 17,057,181 common shares issued and outstanding. It has reserved 7,000,000 common shares for issuance of the Units, and a further 3,750,000 common shares for issuance upon exercise of the Warrants attached to the units.
