Outstanding Preferred Stock definition

Outstanding Preferred Stock means all shares of Preferred Stock of the Company issued and outstanding as of the Issue Date.
Outstanding Preferred Stock means the outstanding shares of Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock and Series D Preferred Stock collectively.
