Outstanding Option definition

Outstanding Option means, at any time, an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted by the Corporation pursuant to this plan or any other stock option plan of the Corporation or any Subsidiary now or hereafter in effect, or pursuant to any stock option plan of any corporation which is merged into the Corporation or a Subsidiary and where the Corporation has by action of its Board, assumed the obligations of such corporation under such stock option plan, all whether or not such option is at the time exercisable, to the extent that such option at such time has neither been exercised nor terminated.
Outstanding Option means each Option outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Outstanding Option or “Outstanding Options” is defined in Section 1.7(b).

  • Additional information on all outstanding stock awards is reflected in the table entitled “Incentive Plan Awards – Outstanding Option Based Awards” below.

  • The Company will amend the post-termination exercise periods set forth in the agreements reflecting the Outstanding Options such that Executive shall have until the earlier of (i) January 15, 2022 and (ii) the last day of the applicable ten-year term of the applicable Outstanding Option to exercise the Outstanding Options.

More Definitions of Outstanding Option

Outstanding Option has the meaning given to the term in Section 2.5(g)(i) of this Agreement. PBGC has the meaning given to the term in Section 3.13(b) of this Agreement.
Outstanding Option means an Option which has vested, has not been exercised and has not lapsed;
