Outstanding Nominal Value definition

Outstanding Nominal Value means, in respect of an Additional Tier 1 Temporary Write-Down Note, the Original Nominal Value as reduced from time to time by any partial redemption or repurchase from time to time.
Outstanding Nominal Value means, at any time with respect to any Receivable, its Nominal Value less (a) any Dilution in relation to such Receivable (expressed in the relevant currency) and (b) any Collection, provided, however, that to the extent not allocated by the relevant Obligor, any Collections and/or Dilution relating to an Obligor shall be allocated in order from most to least delinquent amongst all Receivables from such Obligor with the same Originator at the relevant Exchange Rate.
Outstanding Nominal Value means, in respect of a Note, the Original Nominal Value as reduced from time to time by any partial redemption or repurchase or upon occurrence of a Trigger Event, by a write- down and subsequent to any such reduction, by a write up, if any (up to the Original Nominal Value) in accordance with these Conditions.

Outstanding Nominal Value means, with respect to any Receivable, the Nominal Value of such Receivable less (a) any Dilution in relation to such Receivable and (b) any Collection received with respect to such Receivable.
