Outstanding Corporation Common Stock definition

Outstanding Corporation Common Stock means, at any time, the issued and outstanding shares of Corporation Common Stock.
Outstanding Corporation Common Stock means the then outstanding shares of common stock of the Corporation.
Outstanding Corporation Common Stock means, as of any given time, the then issued and outstanding Common Stock, excluding (unless calculated on a fully diluted basis) any derivative securities and any unvested or restricted stock of the Corporation issued pursuant to any equity incentive plan for officers, employees or directors of the Corporation.

  • The aggregate market value of any other equity securities of the Corporation shall be determined in a manner similar to that prescribed in the immediately preceding sentence for determining the aggregate market value of the shares of Outstanding Corporation Common Stock or by such other method as the Board shall determine is appropriate.

  • The "fair market value of the Corporation" shall be the aggregate market value of the then Outstanding Corporation Common Stock (on a fully diluted basis) plus the aggregate market value of the Corporation's other outstanding equity securities.

Related to Outstanding Corporation Common Stock

  • Outstanding Common Stock means, at any given time, the aggregate amount of outstanding shares of Common Stock, assuming full exercise, conversion or exchange (as applicable) of all options, warrants and other Securities which are convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, and any right to subscribe for, shares of Common Stock that are outstanding at such time.

  • Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;

  • Surviving Corporation Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(a).

  • Holdings Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Holdings.
