Outstanding Company Options definition

Outstanding Company Options means any Company Options that as of immediately prior to or at the Effective Time are (whether pursuant to action of the Company Board or otherwise) outstanding and exercisable under the terms of any Contract with the Company (including any Company Stock Plan or otherwise).
Outstanding Company Options means all Company Options issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, regardless of whether or not vested.
Outstanding Company Options means all stock option awards issued pursuant to any Company Equity Plan that are in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time.
