Outsourcing Business definition

Outsourcing Business means the business of the Company identified as outsourcing services in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K as of the Effective Date, which outsourcing services are reported as a separate line item in the Company's Statement of Operations as of the Effective Date.
Outsourcing Business means the business of providing outsourced operations support to broker-dealers, which business, as of the date hereof, has approximately 17 customers.
