Outside work definition

Outside work means erection or assembly work performed on prefabricated buildings at the employers’ premises outside of enclosed factory buildings.
Outside work is defined as work outside of the ATU Bargaining Unit. In addition, outside work will only be approved when the employee is not in receipt of sick pay, for example, when sick credits are exhausted.
