Outside work definition

Outside work means erection or assembly work performed on prefabricated buildings at the employers’ premises outside of enclosed factory buildings.
Outside work means work outside the terms of this Agreement carried out by an ROV and for which neither Standing Charges nor Running Costs are chargeable in any manner under this Agreement.

Outside work means appointment, employment or any other work or business undertaken outside the Group, and includes entering into business on one's own account, becoming a partner in a partnership, becoming a Director of a company, becoming an employee, etc., but excludes unpaid participation in charitable, religious, professional and political organizationsevents and activities.
